Friday the two of us took it easy with a nice homemade dinner and watched a movie to unwind from the hectic work week (we've both been swamped lately).
Saturday night over 25 friends gathered at On The Border to celebrate with Danny and our friend, Jason, who both had birthdays this week. We headed to a nearby bar after dinner, cake and margaritas, then to Jason's house, and ended up at Waffle House before heading home to bed. It was tons of fun! Danny said he already feels older, and I must just have sympathy age, because both of us are still recovering from staying out til wee hours of the morning! :) Nearly one year of marriage and we're officially OLD folks, hah. The weekend ended with a delicious family dinner at Danny's parent's house. 
Three cakes later we're trying to resume our healthy eating and gym time!
